As a patient of our practice, you have access to services at the Sudbury FHO Medical Clinic- located at 1485 Bancroft Drive. 

If we are unable to see you the same day and you require urgent care, please see one of our colleagues at the clinic. 

All test results and notes will be sent to us and included in your chart.
