If you require prescription refills urgently, please ask your pharmacist to extend your prescription or see the FHO clinic. Dr. Sullivan will review requests when he returns.
If you have an urgent medical concern, please see the FHO clinic, or in an emergency the HSN ER.

Northern Roots is a teaching site for the Northern Ontario School of Medicine. We train medical learners at all stages- early year medical students, clinical clerks and new physicians completing their family medicine residencies.
